Hank dyeing:-

  • Hank dyeing is the dyeing of yarns before the yarn have been woven or knitted into fabrics.
  • Using this interesting checks, stripes and plaids with different-colored yarns in the moving process are created.
  • In hank dyeing, dye-stuff penetrates the fibres in the core of the yarn.

Cheese dyeing:-

  • Cheese is a soft package wound on dye springs or in dye tubes at certain density, in order to allow the permeability of liquor even at adverse condition.
  • It is also known as package dyeing.
  •  Yarn dyeing in cheese form is done at high temperature and high pressure with the package mounted on hollow spindle.
